What will the Journey to Self NFT feature?
The NFT will feature a guided audio visual illustration, narrated by Deepak Chopra.
How can I claim one of the NFTs?
NFTs will be awarded to everyone who purchases a ticket for the Deepak Chopra Lighthouse Artspace Immersive Experience. After purchasing a ticket, you will receive an email with a link to a survey to provide an NFT wallet address to receive the NFT. NFTs will be airdropped (transferred by The Chopra Foundation) each Sunday to ticket holders from the past week’s events.
How can I create a wallet to hold the NFT?
Creating an NFT wallet is quick and easy. We recommend using Metamask. Visit https://metamask.io/download to use the desktop browser extension or phone app. To learn more about other types of wallets that support Ethereum NFTs, click here.
What will these NFTs grant owners access to?
NFT holders will have access to future events IRL and in the metaverse, along with access to private group chats in the Seva.Love Discord server.
Can I transfer or trade the NFT?
Yes, these NFTs will be minted on the Ethereum blockchain as ERC-1155 tokens, and can be traded on marketplaces like OpenSea.
What about the energy use associated with minting these NFTs?
The Chopra Foundation will offset all associated energy usage associated with the NFT minting by purchasing carbon offset credits. We are very excited for the upcoming Ethereum merge, expected to improve the energy efficiency of the network by ~99.95%. Learn more here.
